Welcome to CorporateLawry. These Terms of Service govern access to our website at corporatelawry.pro and the provision of our legal services, infoproducts and goods. Effective January 1, 2026.

1. Scope of Services

We offer the following categories of deliverables:

• Legal Services for Enterprises and Corporate Clients

  Includes consultations, document drafting and representation. All engagements require upfront payment of fees.

• Infoproducts

  Includes digital guides, templates and courses.

• Goods

  Includes printed materials and branded merchandise.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees are due as specified in each engagement or offer. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Legal Services

Clients may reschedule appointments by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests received within 72 hours cannot be accommodated. Fees paid are non-refundable due to allocation of expert time and resources.

3.2 Infoproducts

Clients may cancel a purchase within 14 days of download to request a refund, subject to verification of non-usage beyond download. After 14 days, no reimbursement is available.

3.3 Goods

Clients may request a refund for goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Following our approval, clients may ship items back at their own cost. Reimbursement is processed within 10 business days of receipt.

4. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form with proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days from approval. Partial refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated in a specific offer. For legal services, no refunds are provided once fees are received, as resources are reserved.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CorporateLawry is not liable for any indirect or consequential harm arising from our services, infoproducts or goods.

6. Amendments

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
